Remote Support: We find that almost all problems encountered with installing or using Tele-Prompt are ultimately due to computer or Windows configuration issues. We therefore also offer the ultimate in support: a Remote Support facility to handle both software and general computer problems. Under this scheme, if your problem cannot be solved on the telepnone, you grant us permission to take temporary control of you computer and you can just sit back and relax as you watch our support staff solve your computer problems literally "before your eyes".
