Tele-Prompt News
The latest Version 2.0 of Tele-Prompt Standard Edition is now available. Existing owners will have received notification of this update via e-mail. Just use your existing user name and password to upgrade.
Please note: you’ll need to uninstall your earlier version before installing the new one.
Version 2.0 sees a major redesign of the user interface along with number of other improvements that make it even easier to operate. These include:
 Customisable interface: Although the standard interface has proven to work well, you are no longer restricted to using this layout. In the new streamlined version, all palettes are now movable and may be docked in various positions within the main control panel area. Simply drag and drop them into the required position.
You can also choose which palettes are displayed. If for example, you are not using the built in audio recorder, simply choose not to display those control palettes and you’ll have a more streamlined interface, showing only the teleprompter screen area and its controls immediately below.
You can even choose not to display any control palettes at all! Simply load your script and then use the keyboard controls to operate Tele-Prompt!
Wide screen Display: Tele-Prompt no longer has fixed display dimensions. The earlier 800 x 600 display has been removed and although the default is 1024 x 768, the interface may be freely enlarged as required. This means that on the increasingly popular wide screen displays, you can hide a distracting desktop surround, allowing you to concentrate on just that all important script.
